Process Overview

We believe interviewing is a two-way street encouraging curiosity in our daily work at Literati and our interview process. We want you to have the opportunity to evaluate us as well and have built steps to ensure you’re able to.

What we'll cover

• Job qualifications: The recruiter will typically review the job requirements and ask about your qualifications, experience, and skills to assess if you meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
• Work history: The recruiter may ask about your work history, responsibilities, and accomplishments. They may also ask about employment gaps, job hopping, and reasons for leaving previous jobs.
